They also emphasised the need for joint efforts to curb drug smuggling and terrorism originating from the Afghan border, agreeing to improve coordination between relevant institutions. Minister Naqvi stated that Pakistan is ready to increase cooperation with Iran in all fields and praised the efforts of Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Minister Momeni for peace.
