An Iranian Speaker has issued a warning, stating, "No oil sales for anyone if we can't sell."

Iran has issued a strong warning in response to recent United States threats, stating that any escalation could lead to strikes on regional energy infrastructure.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated on Wednesday that Iran would respond in kind to any attack on its infrastructure, following Washington's threats to bomb Iranian targets. Araghchi emphasized Iran's "eye for an eye" defense doctrine, stating, "Any aggression against Iran, including our infrastructure, will compel a powerful and decisive response." This comes as an interim ceasefire agreement signed last month has unravelled, and the struggle for control of the Strait of Hormuz has deepened, raising the risk of all-out hostilities. International law experts and world leaders have criticized Trump’s threats to target Iranian bridges and power plants as illegal under international law, which prohibits attacks on civilian targets.

Separately, Iran has demanded a response from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as tensions with the United States continue to escalate.
