In a meeting on Wednesday, the Sindh Cabinet approved reforms to the vehicle registration and taxation system proposed by the Excise Department. The move aims to improve transparency and deal with a large number of vehicles with long-outstanding tax dues, as well as formalise the de-registration of scrapped or destroyed vehicles.
