PM Shehbaz Sharif offers condolences to late journalist Altaf Qureshi’s family
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the residence of veteran journalist Altaf Hassan Qureshi in Lahore on Saturday to offer his condolences to the bereaved family.
The prime minister met with the late journalist’s son, Kamran Hassan Qureshi, and daughter, Kurtuba Mazhar, to express his sympathies. He prayed for the departed soul and lauded his contributions to journalism.
Paying tribute to his services, Sharif described Altaf Hassan Qureshi as an “outstanding journalist and a man of great character,” adding that his death has left a void in the field of journalism that cannot be filled.
