Pakistan’s Foreign Office has commented on the recent diplomatic engagements between the United States and Iran, stating that the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the Lucerne Summit have reinforced faith in dialogue and diplomacy. In a weekly media briefing on Thursday, spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said Pakistan welcomed the positive recognition from the international community for its constructive role. “Such recognition reflects the international community’s trust in Pakistan, as well as Pakistan’s commitment to advancing dialogue, peace, security and stability across the region and beyond,” he added.
