During a three-day visit to Bishkek, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov oversaw the signing of an agreement to significantly boost bilateral trade. The goal is to increase the trade volume from its current level of around $16 million to $200 million annually within two years. The two countries also signed a range of other agreements and MoUs covering transit trade, security, education, and technology to strengthen their overall partnership.
