Met Office predicts heavy rainfall across Pakistan, flood alert issued.

The Meteorological Department has forecast rain for various parts of the country on Monday. The weather system is expected to affect multiple regions.

• Punjab: Rain is expected in Rawalpindi, Murree, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Multan, and other districts.
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: While many areas will remain hot and dry, rain is predicted for Dir, Swat, Chitral, Abbottabad, Peshawar, and Kohat.
• Balochistan: Rain may occur in Barkhan, Sibi, Kohlu, and Zhob.

Most districts in Sindh are expected to remain hot and dry, with Karachi’s maximum temperature forecast to be around 35 degrees Celsius.
