Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab Reviews Cleaning Arrangements

Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab stated that Sindh Solid Waste Management staff are actively collecting sacrificial animal offal from streets and neighborhoods during Eid-ul-Adha, a contrast to past years when waste often emerged from sewerage lines.

Responding to political matters, Wahab dismissed claims from Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman that his town chairmen were solely responsible for the work. He also clarified recent remarks, stating that any comparison between Karachi and Lahore is inappropriate and apologized if his comments offended PML-N’s Bilal Yasin, adding that he has always held Lahore in high regard.
