Islamabad Court Rejects Bail in Organ Trafficking Case

An alleged illegal human organ trafficking case has emerged in Islamabad, leading to the arrest of four individuals, including one Pakistani and three foreign nationals. These individuals were reportedly attempting to export human placenta. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) conducted a raid, recovering human organs and a significant quantity of placenta. A forensic report confirmed human placenta in 14 recovered organs. An Islamabad session court has since rejected the bail applications of the accused, deeming the illegal trade of human placenta a serious and intolerable offense.
