Pakistan’s top squash duo of Nasir Iqbal and Noor Zaman have secured their place in the final of the Asian Doubles Squash Championship being held in Malaysia.

The pair, who remain undefeated in the tournament, booked their final spot with a dominant semi-final performance against Malaysia’s Amission Raj Chandran and Joachim Chua. The Pakistanis won the match comfortably in straight games, 2-0 (11-8, 11-5), in just 25 minutes.

Their path to the final included victories over teams from Japan, Singapore, and India in the pool stage, followed by a quarter-final win against South Korea. The final is scheduled to be played on Sunday. Pakistan’s second team in the event, comprising Muhammad Hamza Khan and Muhammad Asim Khan, was eliminated in the quarter-finals.
