Gold and Silver Prices Decline in Local and International Markets

The price of gold has decreased in both international and local markets on Monday, June 29. In the international bullion market, the price per ounce of gold fell by $23, bringing the new price to $4,065.

Reflecting the global trend, local sarafa markets in Pakistan saw a drop in gold prices on the first day of the business week. The price of 24-carat gold per tola decreased by Rs. 2,300, reaching a new level of Rs. 428,936. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs. 1,972 to Rs. 367,743.

Silver prices also experienced a decline. The per tola price of silver decreased by Rs. 69 to Rs. 6,324, and the 10-gram price dropped by Rs. 59 to Rs. 5,421.
