The former project director of Karachi’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Yellow Line, Zameer Abbasi, has been sent to jail in connection with a corruption case amounting to Rs 8.5 billion.
The case, which is currently under investigation, pertains to alleged corruption within the public transport project.
