During his visit, Field Marshal Munir was honored with Türkiye’s highest award for his significant contributions to promoting Pak-Turk defense relations. He also received the Turkish Armed Forces Distinguished Service Medal in recognition of his services for the promotion of defense ties between Pakistan and Türkiye.
The Field Marshal visited the Turkish General Staff Headquarters, where he was presented with a guard of honor. He also toured the Turkish Land Forces Headquarters and was welcomed by Commander General Metin Tokel.
