Field Marshal Asim Munir hosts Independence Day reception for army veterans

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, in his capacity as Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, hosted an Independence Day reception for Pakistan Army veterans. He praised their role in national defence and resilience, calling their experience a valuable institutional asset. In response, the veterans expressed confidence in the army's leadership and pledged their continued support. The event was attended by former army chiefs and a large number of retired personnel.
