Defense Minister Warns Pakistan Will Retaliate Against Afghan-Based Attacks

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s Defence Minister, Khawaja Asif, has issued a stark warning that the country reserves the right to respond to any attacks originating from Afghan soil. He stated that Pakistan will retaliate at the source of any aggression. The minister asserted that some elements within Afghanistan are acting at the behest of India. He reiterated that Pakistan will not compromise on its security and will take necessary action to defend itself.
