Bilawal Bhutto calls for Gilgit-Baltistan’s representation in National Assembly

In a speech in Gilgit-Baltistan on July 6, Bilawal Bhutto called for representation for both Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan in the federal government. He stated that the “1947 approach” to the regions will not be effective in 2026.
During his address, Mr. Bhutto also announced a policy of cooperation with the PML-N and IPP and promised to pursue “clean politics” in Gilgit-Baltistan.
