Almost 250,000 sirf PTA tax hai. Yeh to phone ki apni qeemat ke qareeb hai. Revenue zaroori hai, lekin is qisam ki taxation se hamari digital progress per kya asar parta hai? Is policy ka long-term goal kya hai?
