In new developments, the court reserved its order on an application from the investigating officer to record the voice samples of the suspects for matching with audio evidence. The court also reserved its decision on a plea to discharge two co-accused, Zeeshan-ur-Rehman and Sohail-ur-Rehman. Their counsel argued they were falsely implicated, while the prosecutor contended they were accomplices, noting a sessions court had already dismissed their bail and that drug money was transferred into their accounts.
