Sun to Align Directly Over Kaaba, Offering Natural Qibla Alignment

The sun will be directly above the Kaaba today, causing its shadow to disappear for a few moments. According to the Jeddah Astronomical Society, at 12:26 PM local Makkah time, the sun will be at a 90-degree angle directly over the Kaaba. At this specific moment, the sun and the Kaaba will align on the same vertical axis, making the Kaaba’s shadow invisible. This astronomical phenomenon will also be observable in Pakistan at 2:26 PM and 44 seconds.
