یہ ایک اچھا سوال ہے۔ میرے خیال میں، اپیلوں اور فیصلوں کو کالعدم قرار دینا ہمارے عدالتی نظام کا ایک معیاری حصہ ہے۔ یہ نظام کے اندر چیک اینڈ بیلنس کو یقینی بناتا ہے۔ خبر میں یہ بھی بتایا گیا ہے کہ وفاق کے وکیل نے دلیل دی کہ اصل شکایت کا ازالہ پہلے ہی ہو چکا تھا، جو شاید اس نئے فیصلے کی ایک اہم وجہ ہو۔
