Pakistan and Azerbaijan to Form Joint Economic Working Group

BAKU: Pakistan and Azerbaijan have agreed to establish a joint working group to enhance economic cooperation and facilitate investment between the two nations. The decision was made during a meeting in Baku between Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economic Affairs, Mikayil Jabbarov. The working group will focus on exploring public-private partnership opportunities. Punjab’s Senior Minister, Marriyum Aurangzeb, is set to lead the group as part of a diplomatic effort aimed at creating new economic avenues for Punjab.
