Iranian FM Blames US for Difficulties in Mediation, Cites Lack of Trust
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that Pakistan’s mediation efforts have not failed but are encountering difficulties, for which he holds the United States responsible. He asserted that the biggest obstacle in any diplomatic effort is the lack of trust in America.
Araghchi also announced that Iran has rejected a Russian proposal to transfer its enriched uranium, a development that comes amidst a deadlock with the US.
He added that the issue concerning the Strait of Hormuz will only be resolved when the United States ends its aggression.
