Afghanistan Re-emerging as Al-Qaeda Hub, Washington Post Reports

According to a report by The Washington Post, Afghanistan is once again becoming a sanctuary and training ground for terrorist groups, including Al-Qaeda and the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). The report alleges that Al-Qaeda has set up new training camps and is actively training TTP militants, who are responsible for cross-border attacks against Pakistan. The presence of ISIS-Khorasan is also reportedly expanding in the country.
