Trump offers $5,000 dividend if Republicans retain Congress

In his nearly two-hour speech at the convention, President Trump also defended US military action against Iran, stating it was to prevent Tehran from developing nuclear weapons. He predicted the conflict would conclude shortly after the November elections.

Reports from the convention indicate that while Trump addressed the economy and the war, other Republican speakers focused their attacks on Democrats over issues such as immigration, transgender rights, and alleged socialist policies. Polling data suggests that Democratic voters are currently more motivated to vote in the upcoming elections.
