Punjab Government Implements Reforms in Key Sectors

Punjab is undergoing significant reforms across its education, health, and transport sectors. Provincial Minister Azma Bukhari highlighted initiatives such as providing laptops, scholarships, and electric bikes to students. Key infrastructure projects include the completion of the Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital in Lahore and a Cardiology Hospital in Sargodha. Government hospitals now offer free medicines and diagnostic tests. Additionally, a network of green electric buses is being developed from district to tehsil levels, with air-conditioned electric buses providing relief in hot weather. Government resources are reportedly being extended throughout the province.
