Cargo ship sinks in Strait of Hormuz after collision

A cargo ship sank in the Strait of Hormuz near the Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas after reportedly colliding with another vessel. Reports indicate that the ship split into two parts due to water ingress, with one part sinking. One report also suggested the ship might have hit a sea mine.
