The military’s media wing reported that the vessel was experiencing severe flooding. All 20 crew members, who are Pakistani nationals, were safely recovered in a swift and coordinated emergency response.

Upon receiving a distress call at the Joint Maritime Information Coordination Centre, PNS Hunain and aerial assets were immediately diverted to the scene. The rescued individuals are currently being provided with necessary medical attention.
