Gold Price Dips Marginally; Silver Continues to Rise

Gold prices in Pakistan registered a marginal decline on Saturday, continuing a downward trend but stabilizing after a massive plunge the previous day. The price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs 43 to settle at Rs 437,993, while the 10-gram price fell by Rs 39 to Rs 374,166. The local dip mirrored the international market, where the per-ounce price fell slightly to $4,155.

In contrast, the price of silver continued to climb. The per-tola price of silver increased by Rs 16 to reach Rs 6,962, and the 10-gram price rose by Rs 14 to Rs 5,909. The movements reflect the ongoing adjustments in local bullion markets following significant shifts in international precious metal trends.
