Sindh Budget 2026-27 Presentation Uncertainty

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has announced that the annual budget for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be presented on June 19. He confirmed that the party leadership has given Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi the “green signal” to present the full-year budget.

Barrister Gohar stated that all PTI members of the provincial assembly will attend the budget session to support its approval. He noted that while the party had wished to consult with the PTI founder before finalizing the budget, permission for a meeting was denied. Nevertheless, he affirmed the budget was prepared with the public interest and development of the province as top priorities and will be presented in the best interest of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
