Economic Survey 2025-26 Unveiled

Pakistan’s Economic Survey 2025-26 has been unveiled, revealing key numbers, issues, and economic realities. The survey projects GDP growth at 3.7% for the current fiscal year and details which sectors succeeded and which failed. It highlighted strong growth in the sports goods sector and also discussed which sector recorded the highest growth. Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb revealed key reasons why the government missed most economic targets, including missed targets in the agriculture and industrial sectors. The survey also addressed the question of relief for citizens or more challenges ahead.
