Major Developments in Anmol Pinky Narcotics Case

Karachi police have submitted an interim challan against alleged drug dealer Anmol, also known as ‘Pinky’, in a murder case registered at the Baghdadi Police Station. The development comes as Lahore authorities are separately seeking her custody for narcotics investigations.

The murder case stems from the discovery of a body on a footpath on May 7. According to the challan, a small golden box recovered from the deceased’s pocket bore the inscription “Queen Medium Pinky Don, Naam Hi Kafi Hai” (The name is enough), which led investigators to suspect her involvement. The interim report is currently under scrutiny by the prosecution while the investigation continues.

Lahore Police have received permission from the Home Department to bring alleged drug dealer Anmol Pinky from Karachi for investigation into five narcotics cases registered against her in the provincial capital.

The cases are filed at the Iqbal Town, Kot Lakhpat, Wahdat Colony, Liaquatabad, and Gujjar Pura police stations. An investigation team is set to travel to Karachi soon, where they will seek permission from a local court to take Pinky into custody and transfer her to Lahore. According to sources, Pinky has not yet been formally arrested in connection with any of the Lahore-based cases.
